Review:

I love fantasy literature especially one that brings a new mythos to my attention, and this book does that in all the right ways.  The basic plot is that families on Earth are here to protect and do the will of the gods of Olympus here on earth.  The families are responsible for an area and know that the gods are real.  In this story Apollo falls in love with one of their daughters, or as in love as a god can be.  It also sets the stage for future books and an epic war.

Parts of it were really sad, but mostly it was HOT.  Hot, hot hot.  No it is not “X” rated although parts of it are definitely “R” rated.  But mostly it is a wonderful story of love, passion, friendship, and doing what is best for family.

I give this book 4.5 out of 5 clouds and look forward to the rest of the books in the series.
